What Happens When the Campaign Ends?

The End Action field in the General section of the A/B Campaign Builder allows you to specify what you want to happen when the Campaign reaches the date specified in the Ends field. This setting is available only when you have specified a date in the Ends field. The following are the available options:

• End Campaign – Changes the Status of the Campaign to Ended. SiteSpect sends an alert message to users.
• Keep Active: No Assignments – Changes the Status of the Campaign to Active - No New Assignments. SiteSpect sends an alert message to users.
• Pause – Changes the Status of the Campaign to Active - Paused. SiteSpect sends an alert message to users.
• Alert Only – The Campaign's Status does not change. SiteSpect sends an alert message to users, but takes no other action.
