Site and Domain Statuses

Sites and Domains can have the following Statuses.

Site Status

The following are the Statuses for Sites:

  • Implementation – Sites have this Status when they are being set up. The Site is not ready to accept live traffic.
  • Live – The Site is ready to accept traffic.
  • Partial Live (not available for on-premise because on-premise deployments do not use DNS management) – The Site is in a mixed state. In other words, one or more of the Site's DNS-managed Domains is not Live.
  • Bypass (not available for on-premise because on-premise deployments do not use DNS management) – Traffic is being routed around SiteSpect. SiteSpect is not collecting data.
  • Offline – The Site is not currently set up for use. It may be archived. Engines return a 400 error (bad request).

Domain Status

The following are the Statuses for Domains:

  • Live – The Domain is ready to accept traffic.
  • Bypass – Traffic is being routed around SiteSpect. SiteSpect is not collecting data.
