Global Triggers
With Global Triggers, you can define a set of conditions once to use across all campaigns and components in SiteSpect, including for origin and client-side changes or metrics. If your conditions change, you only need to update the global trigger, and all components and campaigns will automatically use the new definition. This helps all teams, both large and small, work efficiently and enforce consistent trigger definitions between campaigns, metrics, and global changes.
In addition to getting upgraded with our new, faster Superfresh UX, our new Global Triggers, formerly called Page Categories, have been expanded to support all trigger types, including client-side and server-side triggers.
Once you switch to the new Superfresh UX, the Global Triggers interface will seamlessly load all existing Page Categories. No action is needed to migrate your current library.

Metrics
In addition to getting our new, faster Superfresh UX, the revised metrics page aims to simplify creation and help you define and configure your metrics to capture the data you need. Choose between three metric types: event, numeric measurement, and string capture, and extract values directly from the URL, page source, or request payload.
List Pages
Along with the new component pages, we've redesigned the resource library for Metrics and Global Triggers. These new list pages offer advanced filtering and sorting, search, and custom columns, in addition to our new, faster Superfresh UX.
