Manage your Metric and Global Trigger libraries efficiently
As part of our ongoing UX enhancement project, Superfresh, we're redesigning our list pages to help you find what you need and manage your component libraries more effectively. The redesigned Global Trigger and Metric list pages are rolling out with the new create and edit pages. Other component pages will be released at a future date.

View Archived Metrics or Global Triggers
By default, the list pages display only active components.
To view archived metrics or global triggers, click on the funnel icon in the top right, above the component list and change the Status filter from Active to Archived. You can also choose the blank option at the top to view all metrics, or press the X next to the filter to remove it completely.
Filter by Other Details
Instead of filtering by status, you can select any of the available columns to filter. The specific options vary by component type, with the options for metrics shown below:
Custom Sort
In addition to filtering by attribute details, you can apply a custom sort to your component list from any visible column. Simply click the three-dot menu within the column and select either the ascending sort or descending sort option.
View Columns
The most commonly used component data is displayed by default, but you have the option to show or hide any available columns to suit your current needs.
To hide a column, you can either turn it off through the three-dot menu on that column itself, or select the three-dot menu at the top of the page, next to the filter option, and select Manage Columns. This gives you a list of all columns with toggles to hide or show what you need.
If you turn on all of the options and you have a smaller screen, some columns may be pushed out of view. Selected columns are not currently sticky and will reset when you return to the list page.
Search
The quick-search option above the list grid performs a text search across all columns, whether hidden or visible. This includes the name, tags, description, created and updated dates, etc...
Pagination
We'll show you 25 items at a time by default, with the option to view more (50 or 100) and pagination available at the bottom of the list.
Bulk Edits
There will be times when you want to delete or archive many items at once. For example, perhaps you migrated to a new platform and need to archive all the metric from your old site. Simply check the checkbox next to the metrics you want to archive. Once you have one or more item selected, you will see options at the top of the list to archive or delete the selection.
Alternatively, if you filter your list page down to the desired items, using tags, name search, date filters, etc... you can easily archive them all by selecting the checkbox at the very top of the page and using the same action buttons. This checkbox will select all items that fit your search, not just the first visible page. You will always see how many items are selected to help you confirm that you have the correct selection.
